Crossed Paths White
Produced from the Encruzado, Cerceal-Branco and Malvasia-fina grape varieties, Caminhos Cruzados Branco comes from vineyards located in the sub-region of Terras de Senhorim, between the Dão and Mondego rivers, planted between 400m and 500m of altitude in granite soils. Straw yellow in color, this white wine displays an intense aroma, with notes of white pulp fruit surrounded by slight minerality. On the palate, it is fruity and fresh with great volume. Its finish is long and persistent, with delicate and balanced acidity. As a strong ally to good cuisine, it pairs perfectly with grilled fish, seafood, sushi and fish cataplana.
Caminhos Cruzados Rosé
Caminhos Cruzados Rosé is the ideal wine for rosé lovers. Made from the Touriga Nacional (80%) and Alfrocheiro Preto (20%) grape varieties, this wine, light salmon in color, presents aromas of red fruits, exhibiting a slight tropical touch and a delicate touch of minerality. It is lively, fresh and with excellent volume balanced by acidity. In the mouth, its finish is fine and very persistent, with high gastronomic potential, harmoniously accompanying pasta dishes and even Asian meals.
Caminhos Cruzados Colheita Red
Produced from the Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz and Jean grape varieties, Caminhos Cruzados Colheita Tinto offers a sensorial journey full of sensations. With aromas of ripe forest fruits and slight nuances of dark chocolate, its aging in French oak barrels of different ages and stainless steel vats added body, presence and complexity, without compromising its traditional elegance. Its garnet red color gives it sophistication and personality. This red is the ideal pairing with sausages, grilled red meat, duck rice and roasts.
Caminhos Cruzados Reserva Red
50% of the iconic Touriga Nacional and 50% Alfrocheiro Preto, Caminhos Cruzados Reserva Red is complex and elegant. Garnet red in color, its aromas are fresh, with notes of jammy and spicy black and red fruits. In the mouth, complexity is present, with firm and delicate tannins. Produced 100% from one of Dão's typical grape varieties, Encruzado, this straw yellow wine has captivating aromas. Full of complexity, it displays citrus and dried fruit nuances, surrounded by a charming minerality. In the mouth, this Reserva Encruzado has good volume and freshness, with high gastronomic capacity, being the ideal partner for dishes with oven-roasted fish, roast lamb and soft cheeses.
