Fruits full of tradition
Vegetable gardens are part of the history and heritage of Portuguese agriculture, in all regions. Recovering this history and valuing it is in the DNA of the Terras & Terroir group and it was with this in mind that the horticultural projects were developed.
The possibility of serving meals in our menus “from farm to plate” with seasonal products and harvested just a few meters from our restaurants is an added value for those who come to us and want to live an experience of true immersion in the regions.
Our Horticulture teams also develop various awareness projects so that those who visit us can better understand the various potentialities of our products, not only for culinary use, but also for medicine.
