TERRAS & TERROIR is a business group that focuses on revealing the historical, natural, wine and gastronomic potential of each location, through wine tourism programs with properties from north to south of Portugal, from Trás-os-Montes to Alentejo ( Herdade da Rocha and Ribafreixo Wines), passing through the Douro (Quinta da Pacheca), Dão (Caminhos Cruzados) and Bairrada (Quinta do Ortigão).
All products and services presented on this Website are marketed by TERRAS & TERROIR, SA, a company based in Quinta da Pacheca - Rua do Relógio do Sol 261, 5100-424 Lamego, registered in the Commercial Registry under number 254331229 .
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
If you intend to purchase a wine, you will need to confirm that you are of the minimum age required by Portuguese law to purchase alcoholic beverages. When making a purchase on our website, you are declaring that you are over 18 years old and that you are not subject to a legal restriction that prevents you from purchasing alcoholic beverages (Decree-Law n.º 106/2015, of April 16).

On our Website you can purchase our Wines, Hampers or other regional products from TERRAS & TERROIR, also sold at Quinta da Pacheca, in the Douro, at Quinta da Teixuga, in Nelas, at Quinta do Ortigão, in Anadia, at Quinta Dona Adelaide, in Valpaços, at Herdade da Rocha, in Crato and at Ribafreixo Wines, in Vidigueira.

5. Upon receipt of payment in our systems, your order will be processed and shipped and you will receive our order confirmation and shipment notifications.
Orders will be processed after payment has been cleared.

DELIVERIES
TERRAS & TERROIR delivers to mainland Portugal and the islands and to 23 countries in Europe and the United States
Deliveries in mainland Portugal for purchases over 150 euros are free.

The mentioned delivery times apply to orders placed before 12h00 and whose items are available. We do not ship on weekends or national holidays, so all orders paid after 12:00 pm on Friday will be shipped on the first working day.
If delivery is not achieved by the carrier, a second attempt will be made at no cost to the customer. In case the second attempt is not successful, it will be returned, and the costs of reshipment will be borne by the customer.
In the case of international shipments, TERRAS & TERROIR will not be liable for any customs fees or delays in delivery depending on the country of destination.

WINES FOR EVENTS
If you want to buy wine in quantity for events, contact us and you may benefit from special conditions. If there are any units left after the event, we will accept the return of all sealed bottles and in the same condition as they were delivered, and we will issue a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
· By the CUSTOMER: If you are a consumer, you have a period of 14 days after the date of purchase of the Voucher or receipt of the Products, to resolve contracts entered into through this Website (DL n.º 24/2014, of 14 February). In the case of Vouchers, an order to refund the price paid will be given after the consumer's cancellation order. In the case of baskets with perishable products, it will only be possible to request their return within 2 days of receipt.
The return must be made in accordance with the following section “Procedures for returns?
· By TERRAS & TERROIR: In the event of any difficulty regarding the supply of products or a stock shortage, we will immediately inform you of the unavailability, and we will refund the amount you have paid within 30 days.
RETURNS
Damaged orders and wrong products
Please inspect the order as soon as it is received.
If, upon delivery, you verify that your order is damaged, you must immediately alert the courier who will deliver it and notify TERRAS & TERROIR, within 48 hours of receiving your order, so that we can report the situation to shipping company.
Please keep the original packaging(s) and contents exactly as delivered to you, if possible.
In this scenario, TERRAS & TERROIR will analyze the situation and will be able to collect the products in question and replace them at no additional cost to the customer. Defective items can be exchanged for items of equal value. You can choose to refund the price paid or issue a voucher of equal value to purchase other products.
If the product you receive does not match what you ordered, TERRAS & TERROIR will collect the products in question and replace them at no additional cost to the customer.
