In Valpaços, Quinta Dona Adelaide offers memorable experiences for the most passionate. On the 14th, 16th or 17th of February, the Quinta invites everyone to a sensory journey that awakens the senses and nourishes the body and mind.
In the beautiful setting of the Olive Nature Hotel & Spa , from 3pm onwards, the Quinta invites everyone to check in at reception, marking the beginning of a unique experience. In an authentic and elegant environment, the unit offers the exclusive "Passionate Ritual", an opportunity to escape daily stress and indulge in a luxurious experience. This ritual begins with a chocolate wrap, providing a unique sensory immersion in a warm environment. The experience continues with a scalp massage, creating a moment of deep relaxation. Afterwards, the farm offers a massage with candles, champagne and strawberries, where melted wax, enriched with nutrients and soft aromas, deeply nourishes the skin. The Olive Spa also offers one-hour access to the exclusive water circuit (with an additional cost of €125 for two people).
At 8pm, the night continues with a Romantic Dinner, carefully prepared by Chef Adão Costa. Each meal was selected to delight the palate, providing a gastronomic experience that will awaken all five senses.
The 15th, 17th and 18th of February begin at 8:00 am with a romantic breakfast in the room, followed by a walk to discover the Quinta, passing through the olive grove and discovering the unit's smallest charms. Valentine's Day Program, Quinta da Pacheca
Between the 14th and 17th of February, Quinta da Pacheca will become the perfect setting to share moments of tranquility, connection and well-being during Valentine's Day. From 3pm onwards, couples will be welcomed with a warm check-in at the reception of The Wine House Hotel & Spa, accompanied by an elegant Port or welcome infusion. The experience continues with "Serenity for two" at the Vineyard Spa , providing a romantic getaway for two, where those most in love can enjoy a unique massage with champagne candles and strawberries. The delicate movements of the massage will provide physical and mental well-being, for an additional cost to the program of €190 for two people. At 8pm, couples will enjoy a romantic dinner at the Quinta's restaurant , with a menu specially created by Chef Carlos Pires for the occasion, with flavors chosen to awaken all the senses.
On the 15th, 17th and 18th of February, the Quinta offers a variety of activities to further deepen couples' connection. From 8:00 am until 10:30 am, guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the restaurant, as well as a yoga session for two and a walk in Pacheca Nature, led by the team of hosts, where they can explore the vineyards and discover the beauty of the region. The program ends at 12pm with check-out and takes with you unforgettable memories, costing €385 for two people.

Love is in the air at Caminhos Cruzados ! The winery proposes a journey with captivating flavors to provide an unforgettable sensory experience this Valentine's Day.
Between the 14th and 16th of February, the winery offers a romantic dinner starting with a seafood cream with shrimp bisque as an aperitif, after the irrefutable double welcome drink & amuse bouche, in a captivating setting. The tempting aroma of a lovingly prepared meal hangs in the air, heralding a night that will be remembered.
Under soft lights, your taste buds will embark on a dance around a fillet mignon accompanied by sweet potato puree and Clandestino sauce. To finish, two sheets of dark chocolate appear, paired with raspberries and hazelnut liqueur cream, providing a finale of pure delight to be shared by two. Each meal will be paired with Caminhos Cruzados' distinctive wines, quality wines that reflect the distinctive identity of Novo Dão.

Experience and romantic dinner, Ribafreixo Wines
In the heart of Vidigueira, the Ribafreixo Wines winery has prepared two unique experiences for the most passionate. On February 14th, from 5pm to 7:30pm, the winery wants to enter the magic of love through the "Says of Love" experience, and proposes an evening where couples can delight in a magical nectar produced at the Ribafreixo winery in harmony with chocolate, while enjoying the beautiful sunset over the Alentejo plains, with a cost of €15 per person.
On the 14th and 17th of February, from 8pm, the winery prepared a delicious romantic dinner, costing €50 per person. In this experience, couples will delight in a menu made up of a lot of tenderness, comfort and passion, in order to further strengthen complicity and love! Dinner begins with a welcome drink, Sparkling Gáudio Rosé with red fruits. Then, prawns with papayas/mango and mushrooms au gratin with Cured cheese will whet your appetite, followed by a delicious dish of salmon with white wine sauce and sautéed vegetables, paired with Ribafreixo Reserva Branco 2021, a delight for the senses! The meat dish will feature smoked loin with sage and mushroom sauce, accompanied with garlic rice and zucchini, and paired with the Ribafreixo Reserva Red 2019.
