Grape varietal: Antão Vaz (50%), Arinto (25%), Siria (25%).
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 30 days, followed by bâtonnage for 2 to 3 months. 3 months aging in bottle.
Aroma: Notes of tropical fruit, citrus and some mixed green vines
with a mineral accent.
Mouth: Soft, balanced, with a marked freshness, showing a
long and pleasant persistence.
Harmonizes: The ideal accompaniment to grilled fish, seafood, sushi and Asian food.
