Partial aging in French oak barrels, followed by aging in the bottle for a period of 8 to 10 months.
Nose: Aromas of plums, forest fruits, spices and dark chocolate.
Mouth: A sweet tooth, elegant and balanced, with a long and pleasant finish that fills us with pleasure.
Harmonizes: Goes perfectly with hearty dishes, such as stews or traditional dishes of lamb, black pig and feather game.
