Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 30 days, followed by bâtonnage for 2 to 3 months. 3 months aging in bottle.
Aroma: Intense aroma denoting tropical fruits with a mineral accent and citrus perceptions.
Mouth: Soft, with a marked freshness, which releases all the fruity component of the wine and gives it persistence.
Harmonizes: The perfect wine for white meat, succulent fish, exquisitely prepared seafood as well as Asian food.
