PACHECA WHITE PORT

Description: The Malvasia Fina, Códega, Gouveio and Viozinho grapes are harvested in 25kg boxes and transported to the cellar where they are macerated by partial fermentation, so that there is some extraction of color, body and aroma. Then the must is pressed and fermentation follows the white wine scheme until fortification.
