PACHECA PINK PORT
Pacheca Pink Port is a pink port wine produced from a mixture of red grape varieties in order to extract as little color as possible. The grapes are harvested into 25 kg chests and lightly pressed as soon as they reach the cellar. This is followed by a clarification of the must and fermentation at low temperatures to preserve fresh and fruity aromas.
TASTING NOTES
It has an intense pink color and is very rich in fruity aromas on the nose with notes of marked red fruits, such as cherries and raspberries. Reveals freshness in the mouth with good acidity and notes of cherry and grapefruit.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS
It should be drunk chilled, as an aperitif or in cocktails.
