The viticultural year of 2019 was characterized by a very low production due to the beginning of a year of extreme drought where there was almost no rain in the autumn and winter and the spring was extremely wet and cold. Sprout occurred with a delay of about 3 weeks. The months of March to June had above-average precipitation that kept the vegetative cycle from delaying until the maturation period, but replaced the levels of water in the soil that was available to the plants. However, periods of intense rain and some weather phenomena caused a great loss of production, which in some vineyards was total. Ripening took place in dry and very hot weather. Harvesting began in early September for the white grape varieties and mid-September (12th to 15th) for the red ones. The good weather that lasted until the end of the harvest meant that the grapes arrived at the cellar in very good condition and, consequently, wines of very good quality.

This wine is the result of vineyards planted at an altitude of around 300 meters.

After careful selection for their best condition, the grapes were harvested into 25 kg chests and sent to the winemaking center where they were lightly pressed in a pneumatic press. The result must be fermented at a controlled temperature of 14- 16ºC. Fermentation in stainless steel vats and aging in second year French oak barrels for 9 months.

Pacheca Reserva Branco has an intense aroma with notes of white fruits, tropical fruits and light citrus. In the mouth it has a lively attack with very good structure and natural acidity that gives it a well-balanced freshness with post-fermentative wood notes. Very harmonious ending.
