CLANDESTINO CLANDESTINO TINTO | DÃO D.O.P. 2020
TASTING NOTES
Having the two varieties that make up the batch fermented together, thus promoting a superior integration of their particular qualities. One of the varieties is known for its chromatic and aromatic intensity, the other, on the contrary, is known for its discreet color and restrained and austere aromas, which gives rise to a wine with the best of both worlds. The aromatic exuberance of one, with its tones of red and black fruits, is tempered by the finesse and freshness of the other variety, with its smooth aromas, where black cherry and dark chocolate, pepper and a refreshing minerality stand out. Elegance and harmony are two outstanding characteristics, which are evident in the mouth, where the freshness and quality of the smooth tannins contribute to a whole, recognizably clandestine in this region, but owing its identity!
