Aroma: Very attractive salmon colour. Fresh, toasted and very ripe red fruits.
Mouth: Here the terroir of Vidigueira predominates with a lot of freshness, extreme elegance and persistence in the mouth. Its subtle bubble heralds the festive season.
Harmonizes: It is clearly a very gastronomic sparkling wine. Excellent for the festive season and ideal as a welcome drink.
