The Adega Ribafreixo restaurant announces the arrival of Chef Rui Vasco, who joins the winery team, bringing with him a great passion for Alentejo cuisine and an unparalleled talent for preparing dishes that celebrate the region's rich culinary heritage.

Chef Rui Vasco, with a deep appreciation for the art of fine cooking, transforms each dish into an authentic work of art. His culinary approach goes beyond the ordinary, each dish tells a unique story, enhancing local flavors and ingredients with singular sensitivity and creativity.

Its presence at the Adega restaurant promises to elevate the gastronomic experience of visitors passing through Vidigueira, making its dishes true experiences that combine the classic with a contemporary touch.

The Adega Ribafreixo Restaurant also offers a daily menu, available from Tuesday to Friday. For just €15, customers can enjoy a meal that includes a starter, main course and drink. Desserts and other extras are charged separately. The restaurant is open from Tuesday to Sunday, with the kitchen open from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
