One year after the beginning of his collaboration with Caminhos Cruzados, Chef Miguel Vidal presents a renewed range of culinary proposals, designed to complement our versatile wines. For the 2024 summer season, lovers of good food will be able to delight in tasty starters such as Cream of Mushroom or Mushrooms Stuffed with Chorizo ​​and Cornbread.

The menu continues with main dishes such as Corn and Chorizo ​​Carolos with Tenderloin in Vinha d´alhos and Breaded Octopus with Rice. For a complete experience and a journey through regional gastronomy, Adega proposes an elegant dessert of 200 Leaves with Chestnut Purée and Egg Jam that promises to surprise all palates.

The culinary proposals celebrate local products from our region, reflecting the authenticity and gastronomic richness of Dão. These dishes are paired with the producer's wines to complete and elevate the Wine & Food experience. The menu also maintains some well-known specialties such as Trout Escabeche, Cod with Cornbread, Veal in Púcara de Barro Preto and Carqueja Rice with Garlic Vine.

The Chef is also available to carry out exclusive and personalized gastronomic experiences, "tailor made", in order to meet customers' wishes, upon reservation in advance.

The Wine & Food experience can be served in the different spaces of Adega Caminhos Cruzados, ideal for providing visitors with a unique and sophisticated experience.
