Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 30 days, followed by bâtonnage for 2 to 3 months. 3 months aging in bottle.

Aroma: Notes of lime, minerality and tropical fruit.
Mouth: On the palate, it associates freshness with a more present structure. Thin and elegant, it shows different characteristics without losing its personality.
Pairing: Perfect with oysters, mussels, scallops and other seafood. Ideal with sushi or starters.
